If you look carefully, she seems to still be separated from the cat by fencing. It looks like she jumped a lower, outer fence.

Yeah...that second fence is the one that keeps kitty from pulling you all the way in. I suspect that kitty’s foot can come out through it though, one he’s got ahold of your arm.
