While the Visigoths and Franks fought for everything they held dear when they were attacked by the Moors, the French of today have already given up the fight for freedom and resigned themselves to a self-inflicted destiny as dhimmis.
A long time ago, Charles Martel, uncrowned ruler of the Franks, led his Christian army to victory over the forces of Arab commander Abd al-Rahman al-Ghafiqi at the Battle of Tours (October 10, 732 C.E.).
The defeat of the Muslim invaders, especially dreaded for their heavy cavalry, marked a turning point in the long-standing war against the Umayyad Caliphate. After crushing the Visigoths at the Battle of Guadalete (July 19, 711 C.E.), they had earned a reputation for being invincible as they expanded their dominion toward the north of the Iberian Peninsula, founding the province of al-Andalus. At one point, it seemed inevitable that they would march on Paris. It is stated by historians, however, that the Frankish infantry finally succeeded in stemming the Islamization of Western Europe. At least for the time being.
It may very well be that present-day migrants, who traverse entire continents to reach the post-Christian, liberal, and affluent societies, landing on south-facing shores of Spain or crowding at border posts in the Balkans, are not armed and organized in ranks on arrival in the West. However, they are far more numerous than the saber-wielding cavalrymen that ravaged Christendom in the past. They make a formidable invasion force.
The fact that migrants, whatever their origin, single out the West as the destination of their perilous journey is due to the expectation of prosperity rather than admiration of Western values. Of course, they are indifferent to the exhortations of the Gospels, the critical thinking of the Enlightenment, and freedom of speech.

I would hardly call it without a fight. Many are wildly against this, now maybe you mean without violent response.
Here is the thing about transitioning into real collective violence, peace loving honest men will avoid it to the maximum extent they can because we know once that beast is released everyone is changed. This leads to evil’s ability to manipulate and get the advantage, often such an advantage that they win earthy struggles.
The problem is, do we really want peace loving men to resort to violence quickly, what sort of world does that create? I seek it not and hope to never but if I do then restraints are removed, though the timing can often still be to late. What then is the right time and how do we know when to resort to cooperate violence?
This is the struggle of a sinful world.

Agreed, but the key point is that the Western countries are now ruled by elites that have aposticized. These elites have abandoned Christianity, although most still endure empty social rituals to demonstrate solidarity with the peasantry. They despise the history, culture and values of the societies that they rule. What they DO worship is power, always with the idea that they will be permanent members of the inner party. They share Islam's hatreds, and they recognize in the Muslim world the predominance of elites that are, with scattered exceptions, every bit as corrupt, dishonest and power mad as they are.
Meanwhile, the Western elites are now in the final stages of abandoning even the pretence of affiliation with Christianity. If and when the day comes, they will have no difficulty becoming pretend Muslims, just like many of the wretched Muslim oligarchs who profess piety while hiding their private lives and often slipping into degenerate corners of the West for even more revels.
The Muslims do have their true-believing Jacobins, and the corrupt elites will be the first to go under the knife if and when the Jacobins seize control. But people like Kamala Harris, Pierre Trudeau, Keir Starmer, Emmanuel Macron, etc. are still preoccupied with consolidating power, view their own people as the main enemy, are committed to the deconstruction of their own cultures, and are arrogant enough to think of Muslim invaders as useful allies of convenience rather than existential threats. In the U.S., the left is trying to whip up a frenzy against a strawman of Christian nationalism built around a core of white racism, while the left welcomes with open arms hordes of Muslim newcomers, among whom are many zealots whose knives are already sharpened and are now beginning to be used.
Broad swathes of Western voters are now waking up, but too many are still blinded by bread and circuses, addicted to welfare benefits, misdirected by identity politics, and in the grip of herd thinking curated by TikTok and the propaganda media. These are the people who attend the two minute hates and who will willingly vote for slavery.
No, it is an invasive CANCER. And like many cancers, it will be the death of its host, eventually.
Literally all you just said I agree with. Still leaves us with the problem, how do we know when to pull that trigger and forced to use violence and are we sure it is our Lord’s will?

For at least the last century and a half the French, maybe should date it to the revolution, have suffered more from the nature of their leadership than the courage of their troops and citizens. Of course now they’re changing the composition of their citizens as well.
