Well, the amendment state all person born in the US.True.
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States,”
Did you not read the "or naturalized" part?

Do you not understand the word or?I do understand the word or.
She was born in California.
To whom was she born in California? To "Aliens", by chance, with the full meaning of law behind that word?
Do you not understand the process of naturalization?

I do understand naturalization. My parents, in laws, son in law and many people I know went through that process.
Had the amendment said ‘born to citizens either born or naturalized’ you would have a point. It does not though.

THEY WERE ALIENS, NOT CITIZENS.

Try reading the amendment. While it’s initial purpose was to deal with the citizenship for native Americans and slaves, it was not limited to just those people. Indeed, it was written to deal with everyone coming into the country and their children.
It’s not very long. Try reading the entire first sentence. Don’t stop at the commas.

Do you happen to have a post for her mother?
When did her and the father first apply for immigration to the US?
After that... when did they renounce their citizenships for US citizenship?

Her parents do not have to have been born in the US in order for her to be a citizen since she was born in the US.
Read it twice if you must.

Do you happen to have a post for her mother? We'll it's obvious YOU didn't read the article.
Kamala Harris’s mother, Shyamala Gopalan, was a citizen of India when she arrived in the U.S. in the fall of 1959 as a Master’s degree student. It is unclear whether or not she naturalized as a U.S. citizen before her death in 2008.When did her and the father first apply for immigration to the US?
I would presume for the father the date given in the article.
Her immigration would have been granted automatically by law upon her birth to ALIEN parents noticed on her birth certificate.
when did they renounce their citizenships for US citizenship?
Who said anything about citizenship being renounced?

Her parents do not have to have been born in the US in order for her to be a citizen since she was born in the US.True. USC 8 Sec. 1401 grants the child citizenship in those circumstances.
The parents still, however, have to be naturalized for the child to be a natural born citizen.

There is no such requirement as natural born citizen is covered by having been born in the US or abroad to US citizens.
Natural born vs naturalized is the issue for presidential eligibility. Citizenship either way.
