Her parents do not have to have been born in the US in order for her to be a citizen since she was born in the US.

True. USC 8 Sec. 1401 grants the child citizenship in those circumstances.
The parents still, however, have to be naturalized for the child to be a natural born citizen.

There is no such requirement as natural born citizen is covered by having been born in the US or abroad to US citizens.

Natural born vs naturalized is the issue for presidential eligibility. Citizenship either way.
