Reston Police District – Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau have arrested a man after he sexually assaulted a child in a store in Reston.
On August 9, at 10:30 p.m., officers responded to the 11100 block of South Lakes Drive in Reston for an assault. Officers learned a 7-year-old child and her mother were inside a store and were being followed by Arturo Elmore-Adon, 25, of Reston. Arturo touched the child inappropriately and took a picture of the child without consent. Arturo fled the area before police arrived. The victim did not sustain any injuries.
On August 12, Arturo was arrested and charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery and Unlawful Creation of an Image of Another Under 18. He was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held on no bond.

Knowing what happens to cho-mos in prison, I say get him there as fast as possible.
Well, at least he’s being held without bond, but he’ll probably get probation, if that much. I wonder how close we are to Star Chamber time.

My son-in-law and I were trying to drive a U-Haul truck in Northern Virginia back to the house for a project of ours. Couldn't stop at a single traffic light without having at least a dozen illegals run up to us and try to hang on to the truck. We'd pull away fast at the green light and they'd either jump off or fall off.

I lived in Reston until 79. Never been back but after seeing this article, have no intention of visiting now either.
The author doesn’t know the sex of the victim? If they really want witnesses to come forward you’d think they want to give out the details. Just a thought.
