I call BS. Having less sex is probably reflective of other conditions like morbid obesity.They specifically controlled for obesity, age and other health risk factors in the study.

There are genuine health benefits to having sex. It increases the heart rate and blood flow, you use various muscle groups across the body, often a good sweat develops, and good chemicals like oxytocin and endorphins get released. Its a low to moderate impact workout if done for awhile.
