There's nothing better than experiencing music live. In fact, some of the best versions of classic songs are live versions.

WOW. Excellent. Thanks for sharing.

This is a two-fer; it's a cover that's better than the original from Johnny Kidd and the Pirates, and it's better live than recorded.
There are a lot more great ones than listed here.
Seven Bridges Road is a great one. Somehow, I didn’t even know that it was the Eagles.
Practically anything by Santana, especially the percussion section.

One of my former coworkers who was the biggest music aficionado I’ve known described the Allman Brothers as the best band he ever heard. He always used to tell me: “Live performances are where bands show their true talent.”
How does that NOT make this list?
Bob Seger Turn the Page.
Might well be the best performance ever at the Filmore.
I just saw them 10 days ago. They gave an incredible performance with Reasons.
However, I will say that I think they were better two years ago. I think they play to the crowd they’re performing for.
Last time they opened for Santana, and they were wildly wonderful.
This year, they opened for Chicago, and it was definitely more subdued.
I love them, though. They’re nothing short of amazing!

Johnny Winter Live And... Mean Town Blues
The entire Who Live at Leeds album
I had the pleasure of watching Cindy Blackman Santana perform this drum solo about a week before this was filmed.
She is nothing short of amazing.

The expanded version of Live at Leeds includes the entire Tommy portion of the concert. Hearing those songs done live—especially Amazing Journey/Sparks—blows away the original album.

bobby hatfield - unchained melody - andy williams show - 1965
Second on M83’s Oblivion. The movie is underrated too.
Check out Leonid and friends. They do excellent recreations of EWF and Chicago.
I saw both back in the 80’s. Memorable shows
Lately, Liquid Tension Experiment live at LA, 2008. "Universal Mind" - Rudess's improv solo when Petrucci's amp crapped out is just epic.
