There is another possible method using quartz crystals.
Not as a battery but producing its' own power.
It works, but might not be able to do it on a large scale.

Ok experiment and put it through some test runs. If it turns out it will be more efficient that existing EV’s then let the market determine its success or not. No government mandates or edicts, let the consumers decide.
