After rewatching this second vid again several times for casing count, it looks maybe staged. Maybe even on a difft time/day. Look at all the pointing. Note lack of people on the grounds. No noise. One siren briefly. Looks like a school play.

FWIW - I do not accept the excuse of incompetence. They are throwing about 57 different layers of incompetence on this operation. Going home sick, misplaced access card, walking the perimeter instead of staying on station, seeing Crooks but not taking him out, etc. etc.
