If Joe Biden could speak like this he wouldn’t really have any problem at all. He blazes along with no stumbles and rattles off three or four names without any hesitation. It’s 2024 and he audio calls like it’s 1965. We’re in their twilight zone. We gotta get the hell out of here.

It’s already there as described above. Processor speed and algorithms make it so. A few months ago the afternoon guys on WFAN radio were told of the existence of the various apps that could fake a person’s writing style or voice. They logged on on the air and asked the algorithm to deliver specific speeches by WFAN personalities with only a general subject or title as a prompt and in less the. Two seconds the app came back with a speech it itself had composed and in the voice of anyone they named on the fly. It presumably pulled all of its source data on the fly off the internet. As far as I’m concerned in this case with respect to Biden your aunt Tilly could speak into a microphone and the processors today could convert it to Biden speaking with a latency easily well under 50 milliseconds.
They have some people fooled. How many foolish people in the audience?

RAV just played this. It didn’t sound like his voice. The AI or impersonator was careful to throw in a stammer or two for good measure. Contrived.

I can’t say that I’ve ever heard a lispy Bullseye Biden before.
There should be enough recordings of Biden to do a voice print analysis, unless that is what AI is doing to mimic a voice.
