It wouldn't even have to be advanced for Joe. He's not making complicated statements and he doesn't have a large vocabulary.

It’s already there as described above. Processor speed and algorithms make it so. A few months ago the afternoon guys on WFAN radio were told of the existence of the various apps that could fake a person’s writing style or voice. They logged on on the air and asked the algorithm to deliver specific speeches by WFAN personalities with only a general subject or title as a prompt and in less the. Two seconds the app came back with a speech it itself had composed and in the voice of anyone they named on the fly. It presumably pulled all of its source data on the fly off the internet. As far as I’m concerned in this case with respect to Biden your aunt Tilly could speak into a microphone and the processors today could convert it to Biden speaking with a latency easily well under 50 milliseconds.
