Both the Democrat Party and the Republican Party are private corporations. As long as their presidential nominees meet the Constitution’s qualifications (age 35+, etc.) no court would intervene.
So if a nomination process is slanted or unfair, it would be up to the voters to decide: accept the candidate anyway or be disgusted and reject the candidate.

The Constitution doesn’t mention primary elections or party conventions or nominations. In fact, it doesn’t mention political parties at all.
Strictly speaking we are not even voting for President. We are voting for electors who have publicly pledged to elect a particular individual as President, but are not legally bound to do so.
There is no Constitutional mechanism to do what you propose.
File those suits in 3 weeks right after she secures the nomination.

IIRC, Nancy Pelosi ++ signed letters declaring their candidate, 0bama, was qualified to run for the position of President. The letters were sent to every State. All letters were the same, cept for one. The letter sent to Hawaii was different.

It indicates a kind of Citizen created by the Laws of Nature and Natural Law, not a man-made law, act, amendment, or treaty granting citizenship at birth to a person or group such as 8 U.S. Code Section 1401 - Nationals and Citizens of United States at Birth.
A citizen created by man-made laws is not a “natural born Citizen”
Not everyone who comes to the US is an illegal immigrant. Kamala’s parents were probably here on student visas as they were both doing post-graduate work.
Kamala was born in the US, which the courts have decreed sufficient to run for president. Get something going to define NBC differently and then maybe you’ll be able to complain with some legitimacy.
Manchin said today that “He doesn’t need that in his life.”
I like the way he phrased that.
