What cruelty that this person has been led to believe that she will be able to make a living as a lawyer. Can no one be honest these days because they worship at the altar of everyone can do everything? That's bullshit and everyone knows it.

I admire her pluck and the work she put into her education but this is lame, frankly.

DEI dont you know. and in 5 years every client she represented can claim they were not given proper counsel. but hey, if she passed the bar....what the heck, she may just look retarded. Ive had lawyers look smart but were retarded...

She can do contract work or be a staff attorney in someone else’s law office, and get assignments that are commensurate with her skills.
Not exactly the same thing but…
A teacher at a local high school near us, was awarded teacher of the year for having come up with an algebra curriculum for her special needs math students. The students had taken the minimum math that their curriculum required, but they asked her what they could do to learn more. They could indeed keep learning, when the teacher adapted her approach. some people may have more potential than we realize it first.
