IMHO, the flag angel effected Trump's turn of his head; the angel seemed to tell the crowd not to panic. It seems the fireman was needed in heaven.

Again, IMHO, Trump's new deformity was necessary to convince more people of the truth that evil exists among us. The fireman's death was necessary to convince more people of that reality. Alas, there's still hordes of people who will never accept such notions; they'll invent whatever thoughts it takes to disbelieve what happened.
