Have had to deal with hospitals and doctors way too much in the past five years.
No. They do not give everybody heparin shots 3 times a day.
So I would take this rant with a bit of salt.
Good one and accurate.
I just got out of the hospital last week and again in February, they did want to giver everyone the heparin the an every day
Also they gave me the antacid in the IV, the nutrition stuff is real, almost everything he said in the video matches my experiences.
Yeah, a lot of this is not true. I have stopped them from giving my wife antibiotics to which she’s allergic, though.
Lot of truth, here.
Been through similar with my Father.

Always do your own health research.
I hope we learned from Covid that Hospitals will kill as many people as they can if there is profit in it.
Because all the people I was dealing with were not and at no point were blood thinners suggested.
The one point I do agree with him on is, never leave your loved one alone in a hospital.

Agree. My wife just spent 2 days in the hospital. All we ever got was ignored, no one asked about any vaccines or other shots (although this IS Florida!).

I think it differs among hospitals and hospital chains.
Oh absolutely!
I swear they do not read the charts. They gave my husband morphine which is clearly listed as a big no-no. To summarize it tends to make him paranoid and combative which is a very bad combination when you are talking about a big guy who is combat trained. Thankfully I was there and spent the night reassuring him that everything was ok and no, the night nurse was not a threat. Had a hallway chat with the doctor the next morning.
It did not happen again.
I’m not on anything and never have been on anything.
In February I was pretty wiped out for 8 days and let them do what they wanted to, this time I asked them what it was for and then asked them how common that problem they described was, and while I accepted that one shot I told them I was up and about and didn’t need it when the second one arrived.
This is all a bit broad brush. For another example I have yet to be in a US hospital room that did not have a big bank of windows that allowed the patient to see the sun. Sometimes in fact you saw a bit too much sun.
And they usually have a garden area where you can go for sunshine and fresh air.
Is this guy right about things like this happening in some hospitals? Probably. Is he right about it happening in every hospital? Nah.
The one point he makes that I totally agree with is never leave your loved one alone in a hospital.
Yes, you always want to review what meds are being given, not just antibiotics. My wife has differing reactions to different pain meds too.
Thank God, it has been 35 years since I was in hospital as a patient. Last time I was a patient in a hospital was at age 50, when I had my gall bladder surgically removed.
Agree completely, no one should be left alone in any medical facility. When I arrived in emergency department suffering excruciating gall bladder attack pain, they shot me with Demerol pain killer. It worked great, and my pain became bearable quickly. However my heart rate kept dropping and it dropped below 40 BPM. I was hooked up to a monitor but no nurse or other medical staff showed up. Good thing my wife was with me and got hold of a nurse after observing my heart rate dropping precipitously. Nurse injected me with some anti-dote medication, which soon revived my heart rate. My guess is it was probably adrenaline.
It differs even the year in which you went to the hospital. The one in our neighborhood was great in 2011.
Then by 2016 they almost let my daughter die in birth because the doctor didn’t want to miss her mother’s birthday party.
Then by 2022 they would just ignore the patients; I pulled off all my monitors, walked out of the room and went home.
The next week patients were complaining that a man had died on a stretcher in the hallway. Eventually they got around to removing him before he started smelling.

I recall reading that the Federal government enacted a 'licensure' program and that just before Covid plandemic started, the final hospital in the US was 'licensed'. I believe that was the keys to federal funding - to get $$$$ you have to comply with Federal standards etc. For Covid hospitalizations, if the hospital followed the CDC protocol, they were promised they would be exempt from all liability regardless of what happened to the patient. If they didn't follow the protocol, they could be sued for deaths, injuries, mal treatment etc.
This has impacted patient treatment - pushing it further toward feeling like a caged animal taken to the veterinarian's office.
There is a big difference between a for profit and a not for profit hospital. You get much better care in a not for profit facility.
