Saturday July 20 (3.5 years after in-fraud-u-nation day) ... he will say he endorses an open convention and will serve out his term whether VP wins, loses or is not nominated. At a later date if his inability to serve deepens, he can always be 25’d out anyway, or resign then.
As there are other bets on July 20, I will add 1:23 p.m. EDT to be specific.
Biden will not drop out. His family stands to gain millions from his re - election, and so the game continues.
The only way Biden will drop out is if he is offered a severence package of 350 million dollars, and guaranteed immunity amd pardons for HUnter Biden.
SO far the money has not been offered.And I doubt it will be.
JOe will do what his family tells him.Fight now they are telling Joe to hold ‘em, not fold ‘em.

The pardon of hunter will be blanket all known and unknown past and future crimes will drop first. Immediately thereafter the agreement not to run. It puts the Ds in an untenable position at this point to have him stand down for election and not resign.
It is interesting that he suddenly is diagnosed with Covid, which has morphed into a gentle flu.
So they can keep him under wraps until they agree what to do.
Covid mostly killed the old and infirm anyway … and we have been assured that senile Joe is neither.
