In each sentence on this short clip, Biden had an episode of inability to pronounce a word. The Democrats, who tried to cover for Biden may call it stuttering, but it was not stuttering. So far I’ve never seen a clip of Biden stuttering when he was younger.
I want the Democrats to be stuck with him right through the election. They and their media partners deserve having a man with dementia as their candidate. The country does not deserve it and never has, but whoever is leading the country now will continue to do so. It would be even worse with Kamala.

You are right. The stuttering claim is a recent claim to shame people who pointed out that Biden can barely speak at this time.
What they need to ask him is “What was the challenge that you said Trump was going to face, like no other challenge he’s had before? Are you still relying on that challenge to wipe out all questions of whether you are able to beat him?”
