Can’t see it either.
I thought I saw one of the lifts holding some speakers drop during the shooting but haven’t seen any more footage of it.

I did see that spray when I was watching Bongino this morning. Now I know what caused it.

He was stage right of Trump. In a set of bleachers angled to view Trump. The people shot were between the shooter and Trump.
