It appears to me that the John Deere vehicle was a forklift-type that was used to hold up speakers. It could be possible that one of the shooter’s rounds punctured a hydraulic line, causing the spray. Note that the spray didn’t start until the gunfire did.

There’s a JD tractor there, and a high lift raised in background behind it. Looks like a CAT or CAT knock off (“yellow iron”).

The high lift would have pressurized hydraulics.
