To be honest it makes no sense to me at all why FIB boy was hosting it down.
The cops NEVER clean up after an incident. There is a whole industry that specializes in crime scene cleanup that makes a mint because they have to take care of all the blood and gore and other bodily fluids.
So why THIS time are the fibbies cleaning up a crime scene? Erasing any potential leftover evidence?

My sense is that “encrypted” often refers to communications (such as Proton mail) rather than bank accounts, although any data can be encrypted.
Article below says “encrypted platforms” that “Crooks used on his cellphone”, so I still think it is encrypted email —

I saw another picture, I meant to post here - it was from a different angle but same fib washing it down - from the pic here it looks like a garden hose but the other pic showed it was a FIRE HOSE they were using to wash down the crime scene.
