The phrase “limited government” does not refer to it being limited (or rather crippled) in ability to maintain law and order, but limited in its ability to grow beyond its mandate and impose tyranny.

The 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states that all human beings are equal and deserve protection.

The 14th Amendment doesn’t actually say this. It specifically says the “persons” entitled to legal protections are those “born or naturalized” in the United States.

The 14th Amendment is actually an obstacle to protecting the unborn. The unborn will not have any constitutional rights in the U.S. unless another amendment is adopted that extends these 14th Amendment protections to them.
