The President's personal physician and a nurse who coordinates his care scheduled the meetings with Dr. Kevin R. Cannard. Before last July, he had come only once during Joe Biden's administration.
Dr. Kevin R. Cannard, a Parkinson’s disease specialist, has visited the White House at least nine times in the last year, official White House visitor logs show.
The logs show Dr. Cannard traveled to the White House residence medical clinic each time. He met either with the president’s personal physician or the naval nurse who coordinates care for the president and other top officials, the logs show.
Dr. Cannard’s spate of visits began on July 28, 2023 and continued at least through March 28, 2024. The most recently released logs end on April 1, so it is not clear if Dr. Cannard has been to the White House more recently.
The logs do not note the purpose of Dr. Cannard’s visits.
A physician profile page for him notes he is a “neurologist and movement disorders specialist at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center” who researches treatments for “early phase Parkinson’s disease.” Walter Reed provides medical care to senior federal officials.

I’ve referred to this situation as a covert coup d’état — crimes of the highest order
I always thought the explanation of Joe’s stuttering was very conspicuously odd. His career was out in the public eye (to a nauseating degree) and there was a lot of video available to show that he did not stutter. Then suddenly his campaign in 2020 announces how proud he was to have overcome his childhood stuttering. As if that was ever an issue. I always found that odd, and I think they were either trying to open up a sympathetic reaction or to develop preemptive cover for speaking problems he was only recently developing - perhaps Parkinson’s related. In any event - they have managed the information and the perception of his medical issues and their manifestations, and they need to be held accountable.
It seems these visitations could easily be held by telemedicine. That would stop them from being recorded. I’m sure they could arrange a full body view if Biden needs to walk.
A doctor can diagnose a lot by watching someone walk. I’m not a doctor but I recall seeing then director of the CIA, Admiral Stansfield Turner, walking away from a reporter. With every step his right arm rocked back, and his right hand flipped up behind him. I thought, “Wow! He has some kind of brain problem.” A week later her resigned because he had a brain tumor. Biden’s walk reminds me of my dad, who had Parkinson’s. And at 95 my dad’s walk was firmer and more directed than Biden’s.
Biden is clearly on medication for some neurological issue (it might be Parkinson’s) since his behavior differed between the debate and the ABC interview. We saw two different persons at these events. If he had suffered a stroke, his behavior would not have changed. The fact that he is only available between 10 am and 4 pm also indicates some medication treatment. If he has Parkinson’s, he is most likely in the latter stages of the disease since the medication (likely levodopa) is lasting only 6 hours.
“Very Urgent”?
No. The situation was VERY URGENT in November 2020, when the Dims put up up the figurehead cardboard cut out known as Joe Biden.
It’s what they call the “on-off” effect of the dopamine agonists. Levodopa has a short half-life and needs to be dosed more frequently. It’s combined with carbidopa which has a longer half life in the trade drug Sinemet to try to attenuate its effects. For him to look as bad as he did at the debate means his drug coverage is inadequate. It’s kind of hard to believe because the docs have had a year to get his dosing schedule ironed out … but he still looked terrible. And, of course, the dopamine agonists are completely ineffective for the dementia piece of his Parkinson’s.
Dementia — Difficulties with memory and thinking (dementia) are a common problem for people with Parkinson disease, especially as the disease progresses and the person ages. A class of medications known as the cholinesterase inhibitors, which were originally developed to treat Alzheimer disease, may help to improve these symptoms. Examples include rivastigmine (brand name: Exelon), donepezil (brand name: Aricept), galantamine (brand name: Razadyne), and memantine (brand name: Namenda). (See “Patient education: Dementia
I was watching the GOP convention in Phil. PA in 2000 and they began interviewing Gerald Ford... I noticed that he was slurring his words and the right side of his face started drooping. I called the 911 dispatch in Philadelphia and told them what I saw and I thought the former President was suffering a stroke... they said they’d pass it on to their team at the convention. A little while later the TV said Ford had been taken to the hospital and later it turned out it was a stroke. I doubt my observation is what led to him being taken to the hospital... in my opinion probably several people called after observing that. My point is, people can tell when something serious is occurring neurologically... especially if they are trained to notice these things.
Specifically - the frozen face, and the frozen body, episodes.
One other interesting symptom...
Biden stuttered as a child. At least 80% of child stutterers recover completely normal speech by age 12, with or without speech therapy.
A significant number of those former stutterers begin to stutter again, after a stroke, in old age.
Biden shows clear behavior that is consistent with the body language and the vocal tics used by someone consciously trying not to stutter.
My point - Biden may have suffered mini-strokes in the recent past.
I believe he does have a history of TIAs.. possibly associated with his brain surgeries... I’d have to go back and find where I saw that.
I gag every time I see him break into that “snappy” three step jog. How could anybody think that makes you look young and full of vigor?
Oh, wait. I wrote “think.”
He does it at the most inept times too, like when he is in the middle of a crowd and isn’t jogging anywhere... you can almost see the light bulb dimly flicking in his head...”ok, this would be a good time to look vigorous..” ... you’re right, it is pathetic.

Even more telling was the difference in Biden’s behavior between the debate and his appearance the next day in North Carolina.

Biden had two life threatening brain aneurysms in 1988.
Don't forget that he also has had CHUNKS of his brain hacked out due to aneurysms.
Wow - if I ever knew that, I completely forgot it.
Brain aneurysms and brain surgery in 1988.
I was completely clueless.
