I worked in a packing plant known for butchering bulls for hamburger and they’d pack the bull fries in 25 lb boxes. We had a huge walk in freezer full of several thousand pounds that some Polish outfit in Chicago bought for their beer festival. They were thrilled that they were able to purchase so many. When we went to visit our kin in Arkansas from Cali, when I was a kid. There was one of my uncles there who had a big gallon jar of RMO's in the frig... He loved em', ate them right out of the jar. To my understanding they were goat balls, not lamb.
