Also known as "Rocky Mountain Oysters", a local restaurant advertises them as a delicacy. I'll pass.
Have fun it is a holiday weekend.

A Frenchman was visiting Texas. While he was in a restaurant he saw ‘calf fries’ on the menu. He was asked the waiter what they were, and the waiter gave a detailed description.
Then he noticed that ‘french fries’ were also on the menu.
The Frenchman fainted.

When I was working in DC, “mountain oysters” were available at the Eastern Market on Pennsylvania Ave. SE., but these were made from beef.

I worked in a packing plant known for butchering bulls for hamburger and they’d pack the bull fries in 25 lb boxes. We had a huge walk in freezer full of several thousand pounds that some Polish outfit in Chicago bought for their beer festival. They were thrilled that they were able to purchase so many. Never had them ain’t about to start.

Well, on our tenth wedding anniversary, my wife and I went to Greektown *The Parthenon, 314 Halsted) and ordered (ahead of time) a lamb’s head. The brains weren’t bad. I ate the eyeballs, my wife couldn’t take it that far.

They are Lamb testicles. The best ones are from young lambs.

In Australia, ‘lamb’s fry’ is just sheep’s liver. I think it’s the same in Ireland.

Also known as "Rocky Mountain Oysters"When we went to visit our kin in Arkansas from Cali, when I was a kid. There was one of my uncles there who had a big gallon jar of RMO's in the frig... He loved em', ate them right out of the jar. To my understanding they were goat balls, not lamb.

Lamb fries, also known as lamb testicles or lamb testes, are a type of offal or organ meat that comes from male lambs. They are considered a delicacy in various cuisines around the world, including Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and American cuisine. I would never eat such a dish! Disgusting!
Now bull testicles... That's a different matter! But lamb? Never!
