I’ve never heard any ‘comedy’ about mayo; but I know that fruitcake got a bad name largely due to Johnny Carson.

I was just thinking of that.... While I do like Mayo, that Saturday Night Live skit of eating straight Mayonnaise; a big spoonful right out of the jar, Mayo cone, etc. made me physically cringe.

I forget though, if it was Eddie Murphy, John Belushi, Aykroyd , or a several of them that did that skit.

Probably.

It is like pineapple on pizza. Something that has been around for decades and you liked it or you didn't and no one cared but now it is this big thing.
