Breaking News! For my shishito peeps. Hubby was batter frying onion rings, I was at the kitchen table cleaning shishitos. I like to cut them lengthwise, clean out and store in a bag. Ready to use. Suddenly I had a gestalt - hey honey how about batter frying some of these? Batter crisp, pepper still green. Oh my goodness. We both loved them.
