People have been jailed for years and denied their 8th amendment right to bail on what was always a made up BS charge.

Immunity ruling will not come down until Monday. After Amy Barrett and Judge Kavanaugh voted against the people and the constitution on Wednesday… I’m kinda nervous about this one.
What they need to do is get together and file a class action lawsuit. The 2nd Trump administration needs to then force the DOJ to admit its full guilt and offer one of the most generous cash settlements in US history.
Then Trump needs to use the DOJ’s admission of its guilt which he forced them to issue as grounds to give the DOJ a chainsaw enema. The cash award needs to come out of their budget. If that critically weakens the DOJ for years and years, tough crap.
Basically, what SCOTUS has done recently, is to restore the freedoms that have been taken away by the authoritarian federal government. The constitution and the bill-or-rights and the separation of powers in the federal government, are coming back into view.
Yeah, the award should make Randy Weaver’s look paltry. Hundreds of people suing.
