I’ve seen a closeup of his earlobes and it looks like there’s a scar there and the lobe, formerly unattached like the opposite ear, is now attached, most likely from a facelift or something.

Apparently, Putin has a body double. So when they see him out in public, it's not always Putin but rather it's his body double.

I forget the exact circumstance but it was in August, 2021. Jill Had a full foot brace on after an incident in Hawaii. There had been some kind of mysterious trip from Camp David back to DC late at night. However, several days later, he was walking with Jill to Marine One to go back to Camp David. Joe was following her, carrying a large suitcase/briefcase. THERE IS NO WAY, IT WAS Joe. He had a full face mask on, sunglasses and a ball cap, dressed in casual clothes. He was walking completely upright, ar a normal gait, his arms were those of a fifty year old. He helped Jill, accompanied by secret service, up the stairs. It was not Joe Biden.
