Buzz grows around Vivek Ramaswamy as Trump's potential VP pick for 2024.
Trump praised Ramaswamy at a Wisconsin rally, calling him a "smart guy."

The courts will never agree with your opinion on this. That’s just the reality of the situation.
“Vivek might be selected to be press secretary after the inauguration.”
That would be great. Trump’s 2nd term press secretary would have to be outstanding to keep up with expected attacks. Vivek would be on a very short list of folks with the brain power capable of doing it.
You know, I was thinking that same thing. Of course there will be major leftwing media hype over West’s court-marshal for acting to save his men. He was fined $5,000 and retired with full military honors and benefits as a lieutenant colonel in the summer of 2004.
Ben Carson.
You might be right. All I can say is wherever SCOTUS has mentioned a natural-born citizen it has always been a person born solely within the jurisdiction of two-citizen parents.
Trump won’t pick a white male.
Having said that, I have heard Burgum speak and would be an excellent President
You will kill two birds with one stone if Trump picks J.D. Vance for VP. Vance’s wife is a Hindu Indian, a lawyer, very sharp and well spoken, whose primary interest, along with J.D., is being a family and raising their three children. Their family is their everything, and she wholeheartedly supports her husband and his career.
J.D. of all the VP candidates most closely aligns with Trump, ideologically speaking, so he will fully back Trump’s political agenda, and being fairly young, will then be an extremely viable candidate for President when Trump’s term as President ends. That would guarantee us to potentially having 8 more years of a conservative agenda assuming he would then run for President.
Vance’s life story is a great rags to riches one, from great poverty to being Senator today. He authored the best selling book “Hillbilly Elegy”, he is a military Vet, as a lawyer living near Silicon Valley for years, he has wealthy contacts with deep pockets that he has already gotten to donate to Trump’s campaign to the tune of millions of dollars.
Great at fundraising. He remains humble in demeanor and will not try to outshine Trump. His relative youthfulness, vigor (he’s a big healthy, tall and nice looking man) makes for an attractive political team with Trump. Being extremely well spoken, he will make few verbal mistakes so Trump can trust him out on the campaign trail, and he will decimate current VP Kamala Harris (also half Indian in heritage) in a debate.
As Vance’s wife is Hindu Indian, the Dems won’t be able to pull out the race card against him (although they will still try) and the poverty pimps won’t be able to attack him, as he grew up in poverty. He’s very smart (Yale graduate) and Trump greatly values intelligence and hardworking individuals such as Vance, in particular his merit based rise up the capitalist ladder.
Vance’s life story is a perfect example of the value of a meritocracy and the capitalist way. For all of the above reasons and more, I support J.D. Vance for Trump’s VP. It would be an excellent choice if Trump makes it. Thumbs up.
P.S., I wouldn’t put it past the NY hanging Trump judge to put Trump under house arrest (and possibly a few days in jail just for the optics and to prevent him from being at the Pub convention held just 4 days after his sentencing).
Vance could then be out on the campaign trail regardless of what the Judge’s sentence against Trump is, drumming up support against the Dems as to the travesty being committed against Trump, and being Trump’s voice all over the land in Trump’s absence if there is one.
I believe it is imperative that Trump not wait for the Pub convention to announce his VP choice due to how uncertain it is how the chips may fall re his sentencing; the moment for choosing his VP choice is NOW.
As long as it’s not Burgum.
The Republicans risk losing a Senate seat if he picks Vance. It may be worth the risk, but I’m not sure.
Maybe a Cabinet position. He's got nothing to his reputation but overt pushback in public forums, and prior to that, liberal crud and paying off Wikipedia editors to delete embarrassing stuff in Wikipedia.
But then she’s not even a Republican so there’s that. She left the Democrats but apparently is still liberal on many issues.
I AM NOT CONVINCED THAT HE IS ELIGIBLE.
HIS NATURAL BORN STATUS HAS NOT BEEN CLARIFIED.
HE HAS HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO DO THAT.
I think Vivek would turn off a lot of marginal voters. He comes across as a “salesman.”
Vance can talk “common” as someone who came out of the lower class and has been successful.
Tulsi is a Democrat. Not sure if that even works.
I thought there was NO Audience???
Hes not eligible. Forget it. Trump is not going to name him VP.
PLEASE- NO FURTHER NATURAL BORN CITIZEN FACTORS, EITHER.
There is no front row. There is no audience.
Trump's running mate doesn't have to be a fighter. There are plenty of people helping Trump who are fighters. That said, Ben held his own on "The View" and did so with great aplomb. He's a class act.
That ship sailed in 1881, so I don't care.
I’m a huge fan of Vivek. He would be preferable as VP to Tulsi Gabbard, a former liberal Democrat, or Doug Burgum, with his ties to Bill Gates.
