The dirtbike riders are a scourge, flagrantly disregarding all traffic laws. For the past five years or so, little to nothing has been done about them so they proliferate everywhere in the city and suburbs, causing accidents and injuring themselves.

Thankfully, the new mayor of Philly is starting to crack down on them. No doubt there will be an outcry over this from the usual suspects.

What will really be fun is when the South American gangsters acquire more mopeds and really get going on moped hits and robberies. It is already starting but no where near the levels in Caracas....yet.

You mean dirt bikes that are not street legal? Mine is street legal, licensed and insured. It’s a street legal “dirt bike” or what they call a Dual Sport motorcycle. You meet the nicest people on Dual Sport motorcycles!
