One of my core beliefs is that women almost never know how to be team players. Too much back-biting and social bullying against others on the team.

The fact that the key player on the team is being bullied by the opposing team, while her OWN team refuses to defend her is evidence of this problem. This doesn’t happen in men’s sports. Gretsky had Marty McSorley. That’s what the team is there for.

Walk away and play overseas.

As a woman who played basketball in college I really cannot agree with you. My teammates were kind, thoughtful, encouraging, ready to compliment good moves, and all around good sports and good women. Playing on the team are some of my happiest memories. There seem to be quite a few men here who seem to hate women and stand ready to slander and degrade women at every opportunity, which sometimes makes me wonder if the absolutely insulting attitude some conservative men demonstrate here might lead at least some women to wonder if, despite its often disastrous policies, that they might be better off, in terms of recognition and respect, joining the left. At least the left does not want to strip us of our right to vote or hold us exclusively responsible for all the ills of the world.

I think you're 100% correct.

It's one of the reasons why women's sports are generally awful. And the only ones that get any noteworthy TV ratings are individual events like tennis, figure skating and gymnastics.
