I think the tone here is basically, “These kids are a problem.”
But it’s more accurate to say, “These parents have really done an awful job.” I believe that’s primary on Gen X.
And I would add that Baby Boomer Barack Obama told us he would “fundamentally transform” this country. And he did.
Kids in their early 20s today are screwed pretty badly. And I think only a small part of the blame is theirs. It’s the older people who have done the real damage.
I knew a guy that broke his hip in an auto accident. His mother drove him to a job interview because he was still unable to drive.
The article doesn’t indicate what percentage of applicants brought their blankies or Teddy Bears.
