resident Joe Biden sparked concerns Monday night when he appeared to freeze for the better part of a minute before his speech became slurred past the point of comprehension during a lively Juneteenth celebration at the White House.
During the event ahead of the national holiday next week, the Commander-in-Chief seemed to short-circuit as the rest of the crowd, including Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, grooved along to the lively band.
Philonise Floyd, brother of the late George Floyd, flanked Biden on his left and eventually noticed the concerning pause he was taking and wrapped his arm around him in an apparent effort to help.
Floyd was able to get a response out of Biden when he extended a 'pound it' fist in his direction, which the president met with his own fist.
But Biden would go on to have a further meltdown as he delivered a speech following the musical performance.
The president delivered a message about Juneteenth to the audience but suffered another deeply off-putting moment when his speech became slurred beyond comprehension.
'She knows loss.. she know.. (incoherent) our freedom can never be secured,' he said.
During a coherent portion of the address, Biden said: 'The day reminds us that we have a helluva lot more work to do. Let's keep marching. Let's keep the faith.'
Ahead of the attempted speech, the aging leader was seen taking a big swig out of a bottle filled with red liquid that looked to possibly be a Gatorade bottle with the wrapper removed.

I've never been taken Ecstacy or Meth or any hard drugs, but I've seen folks who have. I'm guessing it's a Adderall with some B vitamin cocktails and maybe a little barbiturates to call down any shakes or stutters.

Unless it’s all an act when it comes to these appearances — like Vincent Gigante. I wouldn’t be surprised that he’ll be “on” for the debate(s), surprising and impressing everyone at how sane and glib he really is.

My dad had Parkinsons. They have effective meds to keep you from shaking. I also affects your judgement which may be said of pedo. I saw film of Janet Reno (the butcher of Waco) showing the shakes are like. I have also seen film of Michael J. Fox shaking as well.
Does the secret service have concerns about regular folks like the brother of the late George Floyd being able to put hands on Biden, even if it was to snap him out of a brain freeze? Remember that tall Africsm American (Doctor?) that accompanied Hilary during the 2016 campaign when she appeared to have occ. seizure moments? The one photographed holding what looked like a Valium injector pen? He held on to her at an event when she appeared to freeze up before a crowd and whispering to her. People here speculated he must be employed by the campaign for secret service to allow hands on with med injectors? To be so close to the candidate.

I learned that a couple months ago. My cousin’s husband has Parkinson’s, and had been quite shaky for a few years. In April, we were home for a funeral and he had improved so much! My sister’s husband, who had never met him before, spent a very long time talking to him, and had no clue he was ill. When we told him later, he was surprised. (And much of his career had been in healthcare.)
Leave him in the race. Show the people what he is so they can realize and not vote for him.

Yes, I do, fer sher. Earlier today I posted that this guy with Biden looked like Hillary’s caretaker. Weird that the RATs in high places are so defective.
