I doubt it, unless they were previously informed about renters and did not suspend their account. Their terms and conditions are likely to cover bad renters. They they told her to make sure she is safe and contact local law enforcement. It’s not their fault the residents there get what they vote for.

Yes but AirBNB is not liked in many communities and I’m sure there are attorneys that would love to have the case the breaks them and makes them accountable for the renters. First, history of these folks, discovery and public disclosure of how frequent this happens, and AirBnB’s response in the past. I think they lose, especially if the play the big bully in the local community hurting the locals, while keeping the profit.
