When are we going to admit we are witnessing the first purge in modern US history of a political party?
Hopefully the courts can be rehabilitated and allow all of these political prisoners to be compensated for their injustices.
Bannon is Trump's top MAGA voice and it's not even close.
And they imprison him for the final four months of Trump's campaign.
The judge timed it out precisely so Bannon will be in jail on election day.
There is no question that Bannon is a top political asset for Trump, especially with his War Room Podcast.
Earlier this week I was questioning Bannon’s strategy; he has been appealing his conviction which has little to NO chance of success in the Washington Federal Courts.
His sentence is 4-months, same as Peter Navarro. Navarro for some reason probably financial decided not to appeal, he went into prison in March, he’s already more than halfway thru his sentence and will be out in time to work for Trump.
Bannon OTOH will report to prison on July 1, which means he will in prison in the 4 months leading up to the election and not able to offer any help to Trump.
My point, if you know your chances of appeal are practically zero, why not take your sentence earlier this year and then get out with plenty of time to help Trump get elected.
Bannon’s only chance of getting a pardon depends on Trump getting elected and those chances would be better if Bannon was not going to be in prison.
I know going to prison is a terrible option, but what’s more important, getting Trump elected or Bannon’s prison sentence.
Personally, I haven’t heard Steve Bannon say anything in the last two years.
Bannon’s mouth has always been stronger than his ability to attract votes. He rallies a base that doesn’t need rallying.
Plus, how long is it going to take him to grow his hair back? Probably several years. They are NOT going to let him keep it the way it is (sort of a trademark) while he’s in lock-up.
Have you seen people in prison? He is going to a Federal Minimum security camp, not devil’s island. They stopped shaving heads a long, long time ago.
4 months is a summer break.
The man should have taken his medicine months ago.

Did they have a choice? After all, Bannon also opposes the Ukraine war.
Johnson could easily turn this whole thing around.
The EVIL REGIME CENSORING TRUMP, BANNON, ALEX JONES AND OTHERS right before the election is a CLEAR indication of a CONSPIRACY (not a coincidence) deserving of SCOTUS intervention in my view.
He’s been totally silent.
