On Saturday, President Joe Biden gave the commencement address to graduates of the United States Military Academy at West Point. In his speech, Biden once again lied about receiving an appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy. Biden claimed he “was one of 10” appointed by Senator Boggs, who he later defeated in his 1972 Senate race.
Biden said, “I’d found out two days earlier they had a quarterback named Roger Staubach and a halfback named Joe Bellino. I said, ‘I’m not going there.’ I went to Delaware. Not a joke.”

The stories aren’t true but I don’t think he’s lying. I think he’s non compos mentis.

I know people who graduated from the academies. This is not what anyone says on being told they’re considered for an appointment. It takes an enormous amount of time, effort, dedication, and overall excellence to get that appointment
Biden wants to BS these grads that he was always special, more special than any of them, that the Naval Academy admissions group just called him out the blue for an interview. That he hadn’t asked for it, applied for it, worked for it, turned them down.
He is a complete buffoon
The US has had lying Presidents for years and no one has done anything about it. We get what we deserve.

For Leftists, seeing is believing. Neither facts nor the truth matter, only what they perceive in their pea brains as being so. Biden is a particularly egregious example.

“I was born in Hawaii.”
“My uncle was eaten by cannibals, and I drove a semi and worked in a coal mine.”
Biden is just an exceptionally sloppy liar. Some say that Clinton was a good liar, but I thought he was a sloppy liar, he lied when the truth could just as well have served his purpose. But Biden is sui generis. It's not just that he lies, his lies are transparent and puerile and easily refuted. He is the most embarrassingly pathetic liar ever to hold the office. And he had to lie and cheat to obtain it.

Calling him “president” is itself a pathological lie.
Perhaps they were put in there by lying election certifiers also?
Biden has a psychiatric syndrome called “pseudologia fantastica.” It is seen primarily among long term character disorders— a pattern of self-aggrandizing and extremely hard to believe fictions which the patient seems sincerely to believe despite many of them being essentially impossible, or contradicted by plain evidence to the contrary. In Biden’s case these predate his onset of dementia, which can exacerbate the symptoms. Together with his documented history of plagiarism, cheating in law school, violation of sexual boundaries with minors as well as adult victims, the potential for a formal diagnosis of antisocial character is reasonable.
Biden is so brain addled that he doesn't even know what truth is. How could he be so stupid an un-self-aware that he would repeat a lie in public that is already proven in public to be a lie.

I wonder if anyone has ever done a study on why that man has to always add “not joking”, “not kidding”, “this is the truth”, “want to get this right” etc. in his talks.
