It’ll happen on November 6th, whether FJB wins or loses and nothing can (or would) be done about it . . .
I’d bet it’ll happen over the Christmas holidays, while Congress is in recess. If Biden has lost the election, he’ll also give Hunter a Presidential Medal of Freedom.
