I have been taking Mounjaro, which is the next generation of the Ozempic type of drug, for about 16 months and lost about 35 pounds (and the weight is still slowly coming off). Been good for my diabetes, and other issues I have been having.

Yeah, I see it now. Not sure what the sandwich was, but I haven’t had lunch...so...
I’ve gone from 205 to 177 without doing anything. I didn’t set out to do it. It just happened. I cut back on Gluten enough to be obnoxious to people around me. I almost always eat easy to digest foods. For example, I had a salad and hummus for lunch. If I eat lunch out, it is almost always soup and salad. We almost never eat dinner away from home.
