I like to ride off road and paved trails and I used the Nordictrack to stay in shape when I couldn’t ride outside. Cycling is a great workout for knee muscles and cardio while being low impact on joints.

Rode for fifty years and now walk and golf. Good cardio and lots of fun.

My knee joints are better with the low-impact movement.
