Old Bell helicopter, or an Iranian copy.
It was a Russian Mi-171, a commercial version of the Mig-8 according to Denys Davydov. You can trust him on the info, there is a picture of the PM getting off the helicopter with the #.
Also note that the video from a helicopter was from a previous flight.
