ESPN broadcast the PGA Championship on Thursday and Friday, plus early play on Saturday and Sunday...CBS Sports has prime time rights on weekend play...ESPN has a really interesting new feature (new to me anyway)...If you subscribe to ESPN+ you can choose full time coverage of individual player groups that include Rory McIlroy, Jordan Spieth, and Bryson DeChambeau (the longest hitter in the PGA)...Since many viewers just follow three or four golfers, that seems like a brilliant business idea to me.

Your rich snobby golf buddy didn’t give a flip about the fatality that occurred *until he was busted*
Scheffler and Koepka ballooning+ rounds so far
Scheffler +5 today over so far after 4
Watching Scottie Get Arrested.
I never once brought up Scottie Sheffler but you did. Personally, my favorite golfer doesn’t even play anymore, he’s over 80 years old, that is Jack Nicklaus.
I just can't seem to get the hang of rotating the torso when I swing, although I've never been limber or had good hand-eye coordination.
I guess I'm not practicing enough, but it's also hard to get motivated when it's nearly 100 degrees in the afternoon Houston heat and humidity.
But I still like to watch.

Maybe Scottie was jacked up on drugs like Tiger when he crashes
86 Masters! “Yes sir”!
One of the curious things about FR. People that dislike football, baseball, soccer, golf often come on these threads and tell us how (fill in your favorite derogatory term here) we are for watching these athletes. I just enjoy watching good athletic competitions.
Don’t mind if they do it, it’s their right, but it IS odd.
I am somewhat like you with golf, Pebble Beach, The Masters and the British Open are about all I watch of that sport but can do it all day Sat and Sunday.
PS - you are a Control Junkie and I will always remember you as such
You earned it
God forbid someone might express an opinion different than you own snobby thoughts
Most of these so call “athletes” are corrupt POS. You worship them on your own
Huge Morikawa fan. He played his first PGA game on the only public course on the PGA schedule, and that’s where I took lessons.
He tied for first, which impressed me no end on that rainy, windy course.
My game? Don’t ask. Took lessons, couldn’t find the ball. Ophthalmologist laughed when he examined me: “One eye’s a baseball, the other a football, you’re so astigmatic you’ve never known where anything is.” End of my brilliant career, but Morikawa remains in my top five fave list.
Rich and snobby? Lots of public courses in the US where people of every income and skill level play. I took lessons on one of them.
Snobby? My dear friend, who died last year, played on public courses here. More public courses than country clubs. He was hardly wealthy, few golfers are.
I used to live on a really nice golf course in Houston.
Don’t blow smoke up my ass. They broke my windows and ran
After the Masters I watch the TPC in Ponte Vedra, Fl, it’s near where I live and I’ve played that course, the most well-known course I’ve ever played.
Back in the 80s I played every Saturday with a group from work, we played a public course that was like playing in a cow pasture, except for the greens and the 19th hole where we drank beer and settled the bets we made on the course.
I stay away from things that I don’t like that I see on FR, I don’t see the need to tell everyone who likes something they are idiots for liking whatever the topic is.
Understandable collapse. His mind is elsewhere, at least in part. I feel terrible for him and his wife too.
And they were almost *always* drunk. Only the women seemed to take care
Lot of players making a move, except for Morikawa and Schauffele, who seem to be stuck in neutral. Beautiful weather and the course is very vulnerable.
Let’s Go Rory!
Besides that, epic comeback, I love the Masters for the tradition of lack of commercials, prices of concessions and the same course is used every year, if you have watched for years like I have you’ve seen Nicklaus in 86 on the same holes you watched this year and how the tournament can swing in a couple of holes, as they say the tournament doesn’t begin until the back 9 on Sunday at Augusta.
