I don’t get involved with stupid retards like Alex Jones, they simply take you down to their level and beat you with experience. Let him explain his “radar bursts” with scientific evidence and explanation. He, of course, cannot, but you go ahead and believe in his conclusions, just don’t let it make you late for the Flat Earth Society meetings.
They could simply be the return seen from a PRF switch from high, to mid, to low density, giving a ‘return from all ranges.’ They are only very momentary.
