Two teenagers died shortly after COVID-19 vaccination, experts reported in a study published Feb. 14, 2022. Within hours, federal officials scrambled to respond, worried the paper would harm their efforts to promote COVID-19 vaccines, internal emails show.
“This is important because this report has significant implications for CDC and FDA’s vaccine safety and policy discussions,” Dr. Sarah Reagan-Steiner, a medical officer at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), wrote on Feb. 17, 2022.
The CDC and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have repeatedly promoted widespread COVID-19 vaccination and downplayed confirmed and possible side effects of the vaccines.
Another CDC official claimed that not including CDC scientists as co-authors of the paper called into question the ethics of the experts who wrote it. The agency rapidly submitted a rebuttal to the journal that published the study
Combined with comments from two of the authors of the study, the emails shed fresh light on the paper—the first to detail examinations of American children who died with heart inflammation after COVID-19 vaccination—and its aftermath. The paper set off a firestorm within the CDC that led to attempts by agency officials to overrule the medical examiners who examined the boys.
The myocarditis manifested unusually in the teenage boys, Dr. James Gill, the chief medical examiner for the state of Connecticut, and two other experts wrote in the study. They said the injuries were similar to cardiomyopathy, which is often caused by extreme stressors.

When it looked like covid vaccines caused deaths, meh, no big deal, cover it up and proceed as normal because the makers and people lushing the vaccines were immune from prosecution evidently.

In this case, I cannot find a real study published by James Gill on Feb 14, 2022.
In Feb, 2022, using PubMed, I found a handful of publications with a Gill listed among the authors, using the search term "Gill covid vaccine" and the publication date set to between 1/1/2022 and 3/30/2022:
A case series of vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia in a London teaching hospital. This author is Dipender Gill. All of the three patients described in this study recovered. They had all received the ChAdOx1 nCoV‐19, which is the AstraZeneca adenovirus vaccine which is no longer available due to its association with these rare cases of thrombocytopenia.
Infant deaths from respiratory syncytial virus in Lusaka, Zambia from the ZPRIME study: a 3-year, systematic, post-mortem surveillance project. One of the authors is Christopher J Gill, and this study obviously has nothing to do with Covid.
Transient Myopericarditis Following Vaccination for COVID-19. The first author of this British study is Jashan Gill, and (obviously) this study does not describe a death.
Differential immunogenicity of homologous versus heterologous boost in Ad26.COV2.S vaccine recipients. An author of this British/Singaporean study is Upkar S Gill, and no deaths are reported or described.
Casirivimab and imdevimab in patients admitted to hospital with COVID-19 (RECOVERY): a randomised, controlled, open-label, platform trial. No authors are given for this study, but two of the thousand or so collaborators are Mandy Gill and Lynne Gill. Since this is a clinical trial of treatments, not vaccines, the deaths in this study were caused directly by Covid disease.
Having been unsuccessful in finding a study that fits the Epoch Times description, I tried a different search strategy. I searched for author James Gill, with results limited to publications between Jan 1, 2022 and Mar 30, 2022. There were three publications within that time frame, but only one February publication.
Surgical interventions for treating extracapsular hip fractures in older adults: a network meta-analysis. This author James Gill is an orthopedic surgeon in Cambridge, UK. And the study has nothing to do with Covid.
Among these three results was, in fact, a study published by author James Gill who is affiliated with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Farmington, CT. He seems to be the medical examiner mentioned in the Epoch Times blog. But the study has nothing to do with Covid or Covid vaccines: Epidemiology and autopsy findings of 500 drowning deaths. To my knowledge, not even the most ludicrous antivax propagandists claim that drowning is an adverse effect of vaccination. I wonder if medical examiner Dr. Gill is aware that his name is being used for propaganda purposes.
I really wish people would take the time to fact-check before posting antivax screeds that are easily proven false. In this case, the supposed study does not appear to exist at all.
As always, I have explained my search methods and have provided several links. I invite anyone who wishes to prove antivax claims true by debunking me to peruse the articles at the links or to provide a search term that will provide a link to the article allegedly described in the Epoch Times blog. I will only accept search results published in the medical/scientific literature. Blogs, tweets, youtube videos, fake journal sites and the like are not acceptable sources.
The Jab was/is poison. And the CDC and Pfizer knew it was.

The report describes that both boys had underlying and previously undiagnosed cardiac conditions. Given their overactive immune response to the vaccines, they would not have survived an infection with SARS-CoV-2, either. (And people want to take supplements to "boost" their immune function--to increase their chance of life-threatening cytokine storm, I presume.)
One cannot take a one in 1.48 million occurrence as evidence of general harm. What it means is that that one in 1.48 million individual has an unfortunate genetic heritage that makes their immune system respond atypically. And the one in 1.48 million death occurring in close proximity to vaccine administration is several orders of magnitude lower than the 1 death per 108 Covid cases.
Oh, and where I get the one in 1.48 million figure:
How many COVID-19 vaccines has Connecticut administered? (Updated May 10, 2023.) According to this, 2,967,081 people in Connecticut are considered fully vaccinated, meaning they have had two doses of vaccine. With two deaths occurring in temporal proximity to vaccine administration, the math comes out to one per 1.48 million.
If the vaccine which contains the mRNA coding for a single virus protein is poison, then everyone who has ever caught Covid has died. Because when an active virus is distributed throughout the body forcing cells to make all 29 virus mRNAs for all 29 virus proteins, it must be 29 times as deadly.
And I'd like to see how any pharmaceutical company can get away with marketing a dangerous drug when the FDA is looking over their shoulders and examining their data with a fine-tooth comb. The FDA wouldn't even let us continue testing a drug in animals after a rabbit died. There is no way the FDA would allow a drug to be marketed if it could not pass safety testing, which is the first testing done on any drug.

You don’t have to work for a pharmaceutical company in order to have FDA oversight. I worked in a research facility that investigated early drug prototypes with the goal of getting one or two ready for clinical trials.
We gave a prototype drug to rabbits. One died. The FDA stopped our research until we could explain why the rabbit died and demonstrate that the problem would not occur in humans. This took about six months.
And you’re trying to tell me that the FDA that cares so much about a single rabbit is going to look the other way on safety issues? And the same FDA that pulled approval for the Johnson & Johnson Covid vaccine because of a 1-2 per hundred thousand increased risk of blood clots (not deaths) is looking the other way with respect to vaccine safety? Yeah, right.
