With Kristi Noem's dog Cricket bit away her chances of being chosen for VP by President Trump. That appears to have narrowed the field down to two especially since the former governor of the other Dakota (North), Burgum, is revealed to be nothing more than a fully owned tool of Bill Gates as you can easily find out in any quick search.
Therefore it appears the VP field has been narrowed down to JD Vance and Tim Scott. Now tell me, which of the two, according to your own observations, has the fire in the belly to carry on the MAGA Movement after Trump? I think you know who has that capability and it is most definitely the Buckeye Boy.
Yeah, Tim Scott, is a nice guy but he seems to be operating in the belief system of a political world that no longer exists (if it ever really did) of collegiality between Democrats and Republicans. Yeah, he has lately assumed the appearance to be a staunch Trump defender but for him it seems to be an uncomfortable fit. Oh, and would someone who FULLY supporst Trump have run AGAINST him in the primary amidst all the LAWFARE? Something of a deal killer right there.
As to JD Vance, something big changed in him from a few years ago when I (and many others) mistrusted him. However, after MTG endorsed him for Senator during his primary I looked into him and was highly pleased with what I saw.
Vance by far has the fire in the belly to help Trump in the campaign ahead. If you can think of someone better, than post it here but for me right now, I definitely would like to see Vance be chosen as VP and carry on the MAGA banner in the years ahead.
Yes. Stefanik is very good. She works very hard for her district. I’ve been reading her weekly newsletter and she is out every day working to protect her district and the Republican party.
Her district is very large and is filled with many non-wealthy dairy farmers and is on the Canadian border. She is doing an excellent job.
Haven’t you noticed how disloyal DeSantis has been to Trump? And what about the people of Florida? We elected him to be our governor and he immediately, while accepting our paycheck, decided to run for president instead of being governor. But I would never vote for him again for anny office and he is not loyal. The first thing he did was stab Trump in the back. I would not trust him to be behind me.

I’ve noticed and also recognize that politics “Ain’t Pretty” & is “Big Business.”
I respect your opinion and as Floridian you know him better than I do. I live in Oregon, which means a Trump or DeSantis is unelectable for the women, emasculated males, lesbians, & fags who control the institutions, politics, & opinions in this state.
I’m a huge supporter of the 45th President(Since the 1st Republican Presidential debate in August of 2015) and thought DeSantis made a poor choice going head to head with Trump.
However, I believe in redemption and not burning bridges unnecessarily, so DeSantis would have to do something more egregious than he’s done do far for me to cut him off.....politically.
I like Stefanik too. She’s smart, very well spoken and I think she would appeal to women.
I don’t get Noem’s appeal. She’s pretty and for that reason will turn off a lot of women. I don’ t know what she would bring to the ticket.
No I do not.
Maybe that would enter into his consideration of a running mate, by avoiding a Floridian as a running mate.
I vote for Nunes.
No to Tim Scott. He is too close to McConnell and he acts goofy.
Yes to JD Vance.
And Trump likes picking attractive women.
Agree, without question J D Vance!!!!
General Flynn. A soldier. No senators, no congressman, no governors, and no women. We are at war and Trump needs someone who can step in and carry on.
a warrior
the war is between deep state and the people
Thanks! This is not politics as usual.
perhaps the Lt Gov of NC
Ben Carson is very honorable and conservative man
Marco Rubio is the one who complements the ticket the most.
Nunes is another excellent choice
This is pure BS
I moved here from Washington state. I know the politics in that area is not for me. But as far as redemption goes, there is that but as far as I know, DeSantis has not asked anyone for forgiveness.
I do not accept the premise that Vance and Tim Scott are the only two choices. I think that’s ridiculous. Team Trump is exceedingly smart - and narrowing their opportunity to those two would be intensely foolish.
JD Vance is a huge marketing veneer upon a globalist product. He’s a faker. I would be completely un-stunned were it to be revealed his book was ghost written and he spent the first 40 years of his life doing commercials for Campbell’s Soup.
Tim Scott is a consistent pitch man for a very consistent message. He is always on-message.
Were Trump to pick Vance, it would be a wasted choice. Vance brings zero to the ticket. It would be utterly neutral. He would be a place holder.
If Trump picked Scott, Trump would be advancing the very serious effort that Trump has made to bring some of the black vote to the Republican party. All that is needed is a few percent, and democrats lose, lose, lose. Scott is the only black Republican senator. He’s a real up by the bootstraps story. He sticks it to the View all the time, which is making America great again just by itself. Can you picture wanna-be-intellectual Vance sticking it to the View like T. Scott does?
There’s no contest: if Vance v. Scott, pick Scott and enjoy the substantial gain in non-traditional constituencies. I don’t think Trump would even do any better in Ohio if he picked Vance.
As for who is best VP - there are a lot of choices, and while I would put Tim Scott somewhere on the short list, I wouldn’t put Vance on the list at all.
I think Trump should look at a former flag officer for Veep, or a very serious social conservative activist. Trump has the economic leg of the Republican party. But Republican coalition is the 3-legged stool: Christian-conservatives/Social-conservatives, Military conservatives, and economic conservatives.
Trump’s weakness is: suburban white females concerned about
not being “together” or “unified”. This argues for Tulsi Gabbard - that way he gets military support plus white suburban females plus ‘unity’ minded WSF. But I think Tulsi is pro-abortion, and if so, that’s a loser-button.
Trump needs: black support, white-female-suburban-support, and Republican 3-legs. It argues for someone like Winsome Sears. You want a suburban-Mom Apache-helicopter pilot black lady who is a good on-message presenter and who sends her kids to Christian school, who can connect a speech like Vivek Ramaswamy. What’s Kim Klacik, the girl who ran in Baltimore, doing?
Yes, I like him too, great pick!
Please, no! Not Tim Scott!
When a guy strongly endorses and supports Dianne Feinstein’s girlfriend, Lisa Murkowski, the guy has SERIOUS discernment issues.
