4 minute video. I only watched the first 1:31 minutes because cyanide is enough of a deterrence for me.
I plan to avoid cyanocobalamain versions of B-12.
Methylcobalamin
What’s wrong with cyanide? (just asking for a friend!)
Leading cause of bad breath.
I inject methyl B12 every day. I get it from perniciousanemia.org
Good co out of Israel and good product.
Oh great. I inject this into my body once a week for the last 10 years. Have to ask my doc about this.
Synthetic vitamin b12 or cyanocobalamin is derived from sewage, and about 2/3 of it is manufactured in China.
Pest control?
Maybe that’s why we don’t have bugs in the house. And, here I thought...it was my wife’s cooking.
There is cyanide in apple seeds. Understanding how much you already eat, vs how much can do damage is, like any other chemical compound a matter of biochemistry and your bodyweight.
Cyanide makes you get all foamy at the mouth and you die quickly and painfully with your eyes open. It takes just a few seconds. I know this from watching spy movies.
I was kind of joking there...anytime you see “asking for a friend” it could be that.
But sure. I’ll bet cyanide causes bad breath. Those Nazis the Soviets found in the Berlin Bunker probably had nasty breath.
There are SO MANY B12 energy drinks on the market like G-Fuel, 5 Hour Energy, Xtra Energy Shots, Monster Energy, all with cyanocobalamin. It’s theorized that the massive demand for all the energy drinks is that the bioengineered, poisoned food supply is draining the energy from our red blood cells. Potassium is also said the help eliminate toxins like the aluminum, barium, strontium, thorium and lithium that are sprayed into the atmosphere for climate engineering. If synthetic B12 reduces potassium in the body, then it would appear someone is trying to degrade our ability to resist these attacks on our environment.
Energy drinks that I know with the good, natural methylcobalamin are Gundry MD Vital Reds and some selections from Gamer Supps.
Apparently the metabolism of some B vitamins is hindered in some people so the recommendation is using methylated B vitamins, B12 and Folate, instead of the usual stuff.
This is a long interview but I found it fascinating. The guy addresses the metabolism of B vitamins early in the interview.
At the 30 minute mark he starts telling how insurance companies address life insurance and predict life spans. The amount of information they have on us is staggering.
The title is off putting. I almost didn’t click on the link but decided to anyways and was glad I did.
The later part of the interview deals with red light therapy and *grounding* . Kind of strange stuff, but the first part was very good.

I get my B12 from nutritional yeast, beef, shiitake mushrooms or sunchoke roots
food is the best source of usable vitamins and minerals
all three prescription B12 injectables are synthetic: methylcobalamin (active form in the body), hydroxocobalamin and cyanocobalamin ... the body converts the latter two forms to methylcobalamin ...
the cyano form is the most commonly stocked injectable form because it’s more shelf-stable than the other two forms ... injectable hydroxocobalamin can be had via special order ... injectable methylcobalamin is available only from a specialized compounding pharmacy ...
“Synthetic vitamin b12 or cyanocobalamin is derived from sewage”
complete bullshit:

In the General/Chat forum, on a thread titled Synthetic vs. Natural Vitamin B12 (synthetic contains 'small amounts of cyanide'), catnipman wrote: all three prescription B12 injectables are synthetic: methylcobalamin (active form in the body), hydroxocobalamin and cyanocobalamin ... the body converts the latter two forms to methylcobalamin ...

The videos weren't talking about injectable B12. Would have been good if they specified that.
Do some research before you shoot your flap trap.
Thanks RN!
There was another thread about this a short while back. This is great additional info!
