I don’t believe that calling for genocide is protected speech...but perhaps that’s just me.

If the Founders wanted a 1st Amendment qualification for genocide-related speech, they’d put it in there.

And yet, it’s not.

People were calling for annihilating Jewish people, blacks, Catholics, etc for a long time. It’s caustic stuff….but banning caustic stuff is how the left rolls, not Americans.

In times of war, all kinds of Nasty Speech becomes normal. Mattis said of Iraqis: “I come in peace. I didn’t bring artillery. But I’m pleading with you, with tears in my eyes: If you f**k with me, I’ll kill you all.” Sounds like speech needing some canceling. /sarc

There are lots of people who also don’t believe that a .357, AR15, or anything beyond a musket is protected under the 2nd Amendment.

I get the sentiment. It’s simply wrong.
