If they allow Trump to be prosecuted Obama should be immediately arrested and charged with MURDER

A few Freepers have pointed out there is no statute of limitation on murder in the U.S.

If they allow Trump to be prosecuted then there is enough evidence to arrest and put Obama on trial for crimes during his presidency mostly the drone strike spree he went on in Afghanistan, Iraq and Yemen even killing an American citizen.

This is the most egregious one the killing a 16 year old by drone strike:

Abdulrahman Anwar al-Awlaki (also spelled al-Aulaqi, Arabic: عبدالرحمن العولقي; August 26, 1995 – October 14, 2011) was a 16-year-old United States citizen who was killed by a drone strike on October 14, 2011, under a policy approved by U.S. President Barack Obama.

Google for more info.

Has the Lamestream media bothered to mention this? Only Justice Kavanaugh raised it briefly (to his credit) yesterday.

Tell your liberal friends...

And what that would mean is that if Merrick Garland told Biden he could coordinate all this lawfare against Donald Trump and could get his FBI and CIA to threaten lawmakers and set up the J6 “insurrection”, etc..... then Biden could never be prosecuted for it.

The logical extension of that is that all the Deep State that carried out the crimes on behalf of Biden also couldn’t be prosecuted, because they were “just following orders”.

IOW, what these DOJ lawyers are trying to get SCOTUS to make permanent is the idea that the country’s AG can keep any crime in this country from being prosecutable, as long as it is carried out through the POTUS by the permission of that AG.

Extremely scary stuff.

By the time you reach this comment, you should understand we have reached the beginnings of

part of the **Fall of Empire** death spiral. Enjoy your time in urban Hell, if you live there.

It depends on the type of murder and the state.

Brett Kavanaugh asked the US attorney about this yesterday. For what it’s worth, which may not be a lot, the attorney said that this was investigated but it was ruled not after being looked into.

I’m wondering if Congress should pass a law REQUIRING states to have a slate of alternate electors so that WHEN (not if) the state’s audit of their election is done they can certify the truly legitimate slate of electors. Since it is Congress’ Constitutional duty to only count genuine Constitutional electors (ones chosen through the process set forth by that state’s LEGISLATURE), Congress could Constitutionally make this a requirement for states’ electors to be qualified as Constitutional electors.

I’m just brainstorming on this, since we’ve GOT to come up with a way for the states to be held accountable for following their own laws, even while allowing those states to run their own elections as the Constitution says.

Somebody help me out on whether this would work.

But it seems crazy that they are trying to jail Trump for any involvement with what democrats are already openly saying they would do if Trump gets re-elected.

The 16 year old US citizen killed by drone in Yemen:

Human rights groups questioned why al-Awlaki was killed by the U.S. in a country with which the United States was not at war. Jameel Jaffer, deputy legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union, stated “If the government is going to be firing Predator missiles at American citizens, surely the American public has a right to know who’s being targeted, and why.”

Bush killed Kamal Derwish, does he get a pass as well? We never gave a President immunity. They can be convicted and charged with crimes 'they' commit.

I have no doubt, USSC will continue the use of judicial activism and grant more immunity to government, which they almost always do.

Some of us have long memories and remember Obama’s kill list and drone strike spree ....

Time to bring Obama to account if Supremes allow it for Trump’s alleged crime

If there is no immunity, I also want felony murder charges for Fast and Furious.

Notwithstanding that old movie scene where the guy says “some people just need killing.” Awlaki and his son were bona fide American citizens. So, their killing (without warrant) was straight-up “murder!” No doubt about it. And , Obama ordered the hit!

Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) argued Thursday before the Supreme Court that droning American citizens is permissible.

A total of 563 strikes, largely by drones, targeted Pakistan, Somalia and Yemen during Obama’s two terms, compared to 57 strikes under Bush. Between 384 and 807 civilians were killed in those countries, according to reports logged by the Bureau.Jan 17, 2017

“Why can’t Obama be charged with murder of this boy if they’re going to go after Trump?”

Justice Sotomayor answered that question precisely. It’s because Obama’s motives were for the good of the country. Trump’s were personal.

Giving prosecutors and NY juries the power to decide a presidents innermost thoughts for Trump seems like a very bad idea.

Giving a rural Oklahoma prosecutor and jury the power to decide Obama’s innermost thoughts seems also like a very bad idea.

But maybe we have to start putting leftist presidents into prison for 20 years on trumped up charges for them to get that idea.

How about O’s crimes of sicing the IRS on conservative groups or the Benghazi debacle, or the gun running operation or spying on Trump with the FBI . Aren’t all of these things against the law and while we are at it, let’s take another look at the fake birth certificate. Isn’t that also against the law?
