Still can buy Brand new Ram 3500 Cab and chassis with manual windows. Have to custom order for fleets, but doable.

Ha. Same with my 2004 Mazda/ Ford Ranger B2300 truck. It’s so small I can reach over and roll down the window on the passenger side. 4 cylinder w 5 speed manual shift.
