Still can buy Brand new Ram 3500 Cab and chassis with manual windows. Have to custom order for fleets, but doable.
and Jeep Gladiators come standard with a Manual and Manual windows..... and no power locks.
Every Ram on our local dealer’s lot is 4 door maxed out, power everything.....................
