To be fair, I can’t drink alcohol with my meds, but I’ve learned to accept Guinness 0 or Heineken 0.0, which I guess is even less than 0 🙂

I subscribe to the “mindful eating” philosophy, I don’t eat a lot of calories but ai pay very close attention to exactly what it is, and the ingredients.
Fake food, no time for ersatz substitutes. Real food for real people.
