We have an entire population that has been indoctrinated that abortion is a right to the birther. Plus women have become overly college educated which means they have been more indoctrinated into the liberal fold.
The feminist movement is abortion centric such that without abortion women are held back in society.
And lastly critical thinking is not allowed, the left silences opposing views forbidding true debate.
The author got one thing right. Abortion is a symptom of a much worse disease.
In 1961, my liberal Sociology professor said the birth control pill will change everything.
The birth control pill cheapened life.
1. At the national level, the movement is run by women who see this as a religious crusade instead of a political/legal process. They are also completely useless at doing anything other than giving speeches.
2. The author's point about the 14th Amendment is a waste of time, as the word "born" in that amendment makes the pro-life agenda espoused here impossible in the absence of a constitutional amendment.
3. Pro-lifers are afraid to do the dirty work that may offer the most promise for getting legalized abortion eliminated ... namely, by getting a message out that abortion is a wonderful thing -- and should be promoted/encouraged/funded -- as a method to reduce the population of Democrats in America. Promote the abortion of Democrats as an investment in the future of America, and see if the conversation changes. I'll bet it does.

I have steadfastly refused to support any pro-life organization that doesn’t come right out and openly state in its public campaigns that the whole abortion rights movement in the U.S. was established to control the black population.

I am of the idea that Lindsay Graham came out in favour of a national ban not long after Roe v Wade was overturned just to give a pro life optic for himself to people in his home state, but doing that would keep his corrupt liberal colleagues and friends in DC in office as the Dems would use that as a weapon against Republicans.
It's possible that we're already in a new great awakening and don't realize it yet. Great awakenings aren't like revivals that flare up quickly then almost as quickly fizzle out. So it's possible that our country will result in a national prohibition against abortion...eventually...if we focus on our larger message of getting people closer to God and treating others with love and encouraging holiness.
Reason Pro Life is not winning is simple the average person are lost sinners, corrupt and without Christ.. This was predicted 2000 years ago as God has given America over to her folly and sinful nature and it will end very badly as you are seeing it now.

I was not aware that men faced zero risk. A man knows that every single time a pregnancy can result. He has no say as to whether or not she aborts or decides to keep there baby. But he is in try hook for 18 years of child support. The only method to avoid that is to flee and live the life of a fugitive. He loses driving and professional licenses, gets wages and tax returns garnished, and can lose a passport. If he objects he is told to keep his pants zipped or gets vasectomy if he doesn’t want to risk the consequences of sex.
Only women get an option of a sex life with an escape hatch on the potential consequences.
So in reality, do they really want sex on the same terms as men?

Our mom died last Monday, and her funeral was Friday. She was 99, worth an upcoming 100th birthday in August.
